1. Sweet potato chips
Slice your sweet potatoes to desired thickness and place on tinfoil lined pan. Sprinkle olive oil and salt on your slices and bake in the oven until crispy.
2. Peanut Butter Banana Wrap
Take a whole wheat tortilla and spread your favorite peanut butter and add sliced bananas, Quick, delicious and healthy!
3. Frozen Greek Yogurt Blueberries
Take ripe, washed blueberries and toss them with plain greek yogurt. Place the tossed blueberries in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Keep in freezer until yogurt is set and then enjoy!
4. Tomato and Goat Cheese Crostini
Take any bread that you have around the house and coat with olive oil. Place the bread in your toaster oven until golden brown. Slice up some ripe tomatoes and crumble your favorite goat cheese on top and you have a easy, gourmet snack.
